Quality ManagementIn order to become a modern, efficient and customer-oriented agency, CORFO is in the process of implementing and certifying its Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
This is an ongoing process that began in 2006, with new areas of the agency being added each year.
The goal for the 2010 Bicentennial is the full implementation and certification of CORFO processes, which will enable the orderly, planned, controlled and customer-oriented quality management of products and services.
